Culver City: Wilson Food & Wine, the avant-garde spot upon which Miss Irene bestowed a single star in 2006, is no longer Wilson as you know it. Instead, it is now calling itself Anejo at Wilson and has transformed into a "modern Mexican restaurant with European twists." They've got an entirely new menu (slated to go online next week), but the centerpiece of the new direction seems to be a tequila bar. Just in time for Cinco de Mayo.
