Downtown: It's been a while since we last updated on the second location of Bottlerock, as the downtown offshoot has seemingly been in a permanent standstill for nearly two years now. Well, finally there's news to report about its opening. We have official word, that if—if!—the last round of inspections goes well, it will be opening in the next 10 days. As you can see from the gallery, this location shares some aesthetic similarities to the one in Culver City (see renderings), but with a larger open space with multiple rooms, a counter bar (above) and a full kitchen for hot and cold plates. As mentioned before, Jared Levy is in charge of the kitchen and unlike at the original, will offer full entrees.
