Hollywood & Highland: Not even open for a year, computer screen trailblazer uWink is already scrambling and shifting concepts. Sources at the restaurant tell us that at some point in the near future, they will likely be shuttering for a few days in order to overhaul the place. It seems that uWink is ditching the whole "restaurant" concept in favor of a high-end bar/lounge. But don't worry: even with the new focus, they're keeping the electronic ordering technology gimmick very much intact.
