That whole computer-ordering system may seem like a good idea, but then you get your food without any utensils and there's no server available: "I found a button on the screen (I can't remember where it was or what it looked like, but I remember thinking it wasn't that easy to find) that eventually went to a screen where you could ask for forks ... I can understand having a way to request extra utensils and napkins and side plates, but I would think that getting your initial table settings would be automatic." Yes, you would think.
