Patric Kuh files his monthly offering from Craftbar, and once he gets past praising the talents of the since-departed Matt Accarrino and Catherine Schimenti (oops), Kuh finds that Craftbar is the perfect complement to Colicchio's LA outpost: "We now have a restaurant that has fought for its position among the city’s best.
