LAX to Revamp Food Scene

New, 1 comment

In an effort to alter airport's images of having—simply put—bad food, LAX plans to renovate concession space for more LA-centric, higher end, and perhaps local fare. According to the airport, they want "more variety, more dining and beverage opportunities, and better-quality food and service." Currently, popular brands such as Wolfgang Puck, Karl Strauss and California Pizza Kitchen satiate hungry travelers, but officials say those companies are "almost 15 years old and need updating." All together now: it's about time. [LAT]
