Jonathan Gold has some strong words for Mo-Chica, declaring the newish Peruvian restaurant to be perhaps the best ceviche spot he has encountered outside of Lima. Though the unassuming spot is located in a Mexican strip mall, Goldie is surprised by "popular prices" and food that is "sharper, more beautifully composed than any Peruvian food we have ever seen in Los Angeles."
