According to Lesley Bargar Suter's (Los Angeles Mag's Dining editor) Twitter account, Sprinkles has jumped on the bandwagon with its own version of a mobile food truck. It appears to be more van-esque with a central window that extends to hold the goods. Though we don't know the exact debut date, updates are on the way. [via Eating L.A.]
