WEHO—The Dish reports that a pair of fast casual eateries are coming to a new mixed-use development on Sunset: a Japanese restaurant by the name of SanSai and "soup/sandwich/salad emporium" Fresh Bites." Both are slated for the second half of 2009. [DD]
