Hollywood: The latest chapter in the neverending saga that is Social at Citrus has Michel Richard quitting the troubled restaurant. In his place, Jeffrey Chodorow has appointed Anisette chef/owner Alain Giraud to right the ship, which has seen kitchen departure after kitchen departure in its short lifespan.
El Chod also tells the Dish that the restaurant—currently operating just three days a week—will be going through all sorts of changes: new hours, new concept, new menus and yes, a new name (sidenote: submit your new name suggestions in the comments and/or to the tipline!). As for Richard— last seen crankily throwing chicken during Pebble Beach—he says it's a practical move, given his desire to be at his DC flagship.
