I had the most terrible experience of my life at Koi last night. There was glass in the salad. A girl that I was dining with was gushing blood out of her mouth after a piece of glass shattered as she bit into it. You would think that they would comp it right? 20% off the bill and the rudest, most incompetent manager handling the situation I've ever seen. I don't know what is going on in that kitchen but something surely is not right.
People everywhere deserve to know whether or not you may be getting a side of glass instead of a side of ponzu with your meal.
