The Campanile crew, GM Jay Perrin and executive chef/owner Mark Peel, have been planning on opening an "upscale" speakeasy with exotic fresh fruit cocktails and Campanile-esque bar food (is that an oxymoron?) in the old Oasis space at 611 N. La Brea. We have confirmed that the name will, in fact, be Glass and Mirrors, and the project is on target to open "soon," though no exact date has been revealed. Glass and mirrors (shocker) shall bedeck the interior, in addition to booths along the right wall, all designed by Architect George Kelly, the man behind Mozza. [EaterWire]
