Harajuku Crepe Takes Over Fulfilled

Less than a month after Fulfilled shuttered its doors, new signage has appeared in the windows of 9405 S. Santa Monica Blvd. announcing yet another Japanese dessert concept. This time around it's organic dessert crepes and teas from Harajuku Crepe, which will debut in August.
