The August 10 opening of La Cachette Bistro is just around the corner and construction on the 5,000 square foot eatery is slowly coming to a close. Though there is still work to be done, the space at 1733 Ocean Ave. will boast over 200 seats of both indoor and outdoor dining, and chef/owner Jean Francois Meteigner will pair his more casual restaurant ambiance with an experimental French bistro menu. While the original La Cachette is slated to close at the end of this month after 15 years of service, guests can pop in right now for a sneak peak of the new bistro menu.
