W Hollywood Update: French Brasserie Moves In

New, 14 comments

And finally some updated news on a different part of town, this time a breath of French air coming to Hollywood. Though the W Hollywood still has a few more months of construction, early plans are underway for its street-level indoor/outdoor restaurant, Delphine Brasserie. Operated by Innovative Dining Group (Sushi Roku, Katana, BOA) and designed by NY-based Mark Zeff, Delphine will epitomize a Southern France brasserie such as those located along the Côte d'Azur. Starting Decemberish, the restaurant and cafe will be open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, dinner, plus brunch on weekends, serving up classic and modern interpretations of French cuisine including an extensive raw bar available during the evening. Though it will be located in the W, Delphine will have its own entrance from Hollywood Blvd. And don't forget, after an evening of steak frites, Drai's Hollywood will be waiting for you above.
