This morning a pre-dawn blaze swept through the strip mall that houses Yekta, El Super Taco, and Monte Alban at 11925 Santa Monica Blvd. The cause of the fire remains unconfirmed and although it was extinguished within 53 minutes, both Yekta and Monte Alban suffered considerable damages. Luckily, nobody was hurt. [LAFD]
