Usually saved for mid-way through the season when there are enough people for just two teams, Top Chef 6 starts off with a bang tonight a 9 p.m. with a 16 person mise en place relay race. This time around, the chefs must shuck 15 clams, peel 30 prawns, clean up five lobsters, butcher two chops from a prime rib. Of course, blood is immediately drawn. As for the elimination challenge, it is of course based around vices (Vegas baby!) and Wolfgang Puck threatens to throw a chef in the fryer. [Eater NY]
