West Hollywood: There have been ups and downs for SBE's Foxtail, the restaurant/club that 86ed the restaurant part (bye bye Antonia). Last October Foxtail endured some legal issues when a bartender was told to lose weight, and the news eventually went national, then two weeks later the bartender was reinstated back to work, "fat and all". Gotta love LA. But Foxtail's most recent update is that SBE has shuttered the club and the space is currently undergoing a "fabulous remodel" and will reopen soon under a new name. [EaterWire]
