Clearly the LAPD has a little bit too much time on their hands. According to Bobby from Green Truck, police have formed an anti-lunch truck task force of sorts around Wilshire and Curson and are fining mobile vendors for parking too close and too far from the curb, creeping into red zones, trucks beeping when they back up and more. This may just be a mid-Wilshire problem, but only time will tell. [Losanjealous]
