Now more then ever it just might be easier to get a parking spot at Whole Foods. Two weeks ago the Wall Street Journal ran an op-ed article by Whole Foods CEO, John Mackey, where he disclosed his thoughts against government sponsored healthcare and his belief that Americans should be responsible for their own health. Since then angry shoppers have formed the site Boycott Whole Foods which currently has over 23,000 supporters nationally and supports protests like the one pictured above. Food, She Thought picked up on the hullabaloo and shares thoughts from both sides including the letter Whole Foods is sending out to shoppers who were offended with Mackey's sentiments. [EaterWire]
