The Dish: Vinolio Hits The Cahuenga Corridor

Hollywood: The newest addition to the Cahuenga Corridor comes in the form of Vinolio, an Italian eatery from chef Andy Pastore (Michael's, Granita). The space feels a bit New Yorky with its exposed brick, rustic wooden tables, and antique embellishments; a welcome change from the usual Hollywood suspects. Today marks the official grand opening and guests can expect Italian fare from over a dozen thin crust pizzas to a fennel, orange, basil, and ricotta salata salad to tiramisu.
