It's been a super slow transition revamping the old Largo space and turning it into The Fairfax. Last year's update shared that the final outcome would resemble an "upscale New York-style restaurant/bar/lounge," but we now hear that the final outcome will be, sigh, another gastropub. However, per some permitting regulations, The Fairfax is required to open by December, though last time we peeked in the interior was a total deserted plywood situation.
