Santa Monica: When Warren Schwartz left Whist to open up Westside Tavern, Taite Pearson moved in with a more seasonal menu and took helm of the kitchen. Per Daily Dish, there has been another shift on the Viceroy property and now Tony DiSalvo, a man with quite the resume, as stepped up to the plate. His history includes time spent at Gramercy Tavern and the three Michelin-starred hotspot Jean Georges, and more recently he opened up the now shuttered Jack's La Jolla in San Diego. [DD]
