The local 11-year old Westlake Village haunt, Mandevilla Restaurant, has shuttered. However, the space has already been reclaimed, this time by John Spina (owner of John of Italy Salon & Spa less than a mile away) under the name Cucina Mia Restaurant Group. Next up?
