Just a bit more info on that mega foodie StarChefs event in March. It's called Rising Stars Gala and Awards Ceremony and takes place March 18 at Santa Monica's Fairmont Miramar hotel. Chefs have been advised to bring their A-game, no lame salads or soggy pizzas. Here's part of the itinerary that went out to participating chefs:
