MID-CITY— So, Cube has a warehouse downtown. Owner Alexander Palermo decided to make use of its vacant rooftop by creating a garden in this once empty space, and in the near future the garden will produce organic fruits and veggies to stock the restaurant on La Brea. [EaterWire]
