Not too long ago blogdowntown shared speculations that chef Kerry Simon (Simon LA at the Sofitel Hotel) would be the "celebrity" chef consulting for L.A. Market, the ground-floor restaurant at L.A. Live's JW Marriott. Now, LAist confirms the rumor after receiving confirmation at an AEG/LA Live press event. L.A. Market seats 200, with both indoor and outdoor patio seating and was originally slated to open mid February.
