It doesn't get more patriotic than this red, white, and blue getup, not to mention the American flags proudly hanging out front of this beachside cottage. Today marks the first for breakfast and lunch service with dinner commencing early next month. Conceived by former Senior VP for SBE, Clint Clausen, Four Daughters Kitchen aims to "create a neighborhood bistro that serves up gourmet fare at neighborhood price points.” Check out the relatively simple, beach house-inspired interior with basic wooden chairs, large sun-drenched windows, pastel color scheme, espresso bar, plus seating for about 60. And much like the interior and exterior homey feel, the menu embodies the same. Mostly American comfort food with some Mexican influences including pancakes (plain, chocolate chip, or carmel pecan), a breakfast burrito, burgers, pasta, salads with dishes mostly priced between $7 and $15.
