1. Beverly Hills: Following up on yesterday's announcement of Culina, the flagship restaurant debuting inside the renovated Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, the eatery will serve three meals a day featuring antipasti, handmade pastas, thin-crust pizzas, meat and fish at "an approachable price point." Added bonus? Culina will also showcase one of LA's only “live-action” crudo bars, which means one can watch oysters, clams, and the like as they are shucked and prepped for service. [EaterWire]

2. Hollywood: According to construction crew on site, Tender Greens is facing "the usual delays" and expects to open in Mid-February. Looks pretty far from completion, one month away doesn't seem terribly realistic. On another note, a sign out front announces a surprise application for a wine and beer license, however the manager on-site said that the fast casual spot may not be getting one after all and might just stick to the same classic Tender Greens formula. 3. Hollywood: Trying to move in next door to Tender Greens at Sunset and Vine is an outpost of Santa Monica's Bodega Wine Bar. Unfortunately, owners are having permit issues and plan to hold a neighborhood meeting regarding their alcohol license. Might not open til middle of the year. [EaterWire]
