Coastal Cool Inside Delphine, Open Today!

New, 9 comments

IDG's baby Delphine inside the W Hollywood opens today, look at that pretty little thing. Whitewashed wood, blue and white accents, white wicker chairs lend that Cote d'Azur meets Hollywood vibe, designed by NY-based Mark Zeff. IDG's Lee Maen shares that the restaurant is hosting several Grammy parties this weekend, but the "official" opening comes February 11 (though for all intents purposes the restaurant is now open). To recap, exec chef Sasha Lyon has organized a bistro menu for every meal of the day with traditional French fare like Croque Monsieur/Madame, Niçoise Salad, Moules Frites, plus an abundance of seafood dishes representative of Provencal and Mediterranean cooking. In addition to Delphine comes the W's outdoor and indoor bar/lounges, Station and The Living Room, together the three encompass a 6,000 square foot area.

Delphine is open for breakfast from 6:30-11AM, lunch from 11:30AM-3PM, and dinner from 5-10:30PM Sunday through Wednesday, and until midnight Thursday to Saturday. Station is open 5PM-midnight Sunday through Thursday and 5PM-2AM Friday and Saturday. Both Station and The Living Room serve a late night bar menu. For more W photos, check out curbed.
