Chili Addiction, Final Inspection Today, Could Soft Open Sun

Obviously Chili Addiction never opened as planned, though the restaurant is inching closer to its debut. Another slew of inspections were scheduled for this week (all of which were passed), with the final health department check set for this afternoon. If today's last examination gets the thumbs up, owners plan to train staff on Saturday and hold a soft opening for friends and family on Sunday. The official launch would then come sometime next week. Stay tuned.
