With the success of BottleRock Downtown as more of a dining venue rather than bar, it's no shocker to hear that the Culver City original will shutter for an extensive remodel sometime in February. The exact details of the redesign are still sketchy, but the primary purpose appears to be kitchen expansion which will allow for a more comprehensive food menu along the lines of what exists downtown. In addition, the renovation is also expected to provide new seating and a revamped retail space. [EaterWire]
