Robuchon To Open Three Restaurants in Singapore

While Joel Robuchon was not one of star chefs to open a fine dining restaurant at the new Aria at City Center, with two fine dining spots already at the MGM Grand in Vegas he's also no stranger to the resort-casino deal. Now news comes down the pipeline that the star chef will be opening three new restaurants in a resort-casino complex similar to the Aria in Singapore. The Genting Singapore's Resorts World Sentosa, a complex that will feature hotels, casinos, and a Universal Studios theme park, will be the home to new branches of Joel Robuchon Fine Dining, L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon and The Pastry Shop & Lounge. Says Robuchon of the deal:

"I am confident that the cuisine, style and concept of the Joel Robuchon restaurants will maintain their true authenticity and will not be compromised in Resorts World."
