Less than a year after its debut, Tonys Italian Steakhouse on Sunset has shuttered, and a hysterical, utterly drunk voicemail recording shares that the restaurant will reopen as a Mexican restaurant and Tequila bar at the end of this month called El Borracho (the drunkard). As the story goes, per the voice recording, one day owner Tony Riviera (Caffe Primo) got very borracho and decided he wanted something different and thus decided to open a Mexican restaurant and Tequila bar serving the "best" food and "unbelievable" Tequila.
