HOLLYWOOD— On November 16 Providence hosts the first Bocuse d'Or USA Foundation benefit in LA. Josiah Citrin, Walter Manzke, Alain Giraud, Michael Cimarusti, Tony Esnault, and Adrian Vasquez each cook a different course, an interpretation of a Paul Bocuse dish, so that's six courses total (inclusive of dessert) for $150 a head. The evening will also include a silent auction, just fyi. [EaterWire]
K-TOWN— Sort of a random move but Osteria Mozza sommelier Adam Vourvoulis is working with Park's BBQ to create a white wine-centric wine list for the Korean BBQ spot. The offerings should be available in a few weeks and will include "lots of bubbles, riesling and chenin blanc." [EaterWire]
HOLLYWOOD— Grub Street reports that late night diner Cafe 50's has opened a fourth outpost on Vermont near Santa Monica. [Grub Street]
