Matt Biancaniello (Library Bar), Joe Brooke (The Edison), Devon Espinosa (The Tasting Kitchen), Dee Ann Quinones (Street), Max Diaz (Cicada Club) and Alex Straus (Hotel Shangri-La) each concocted a rum punch with the winning potion conceived by the very talented Matt Biancaniello.
