OC's well-respected two-year-old brewery, The Bruery, has launched that brick and mortar specialty beer store and tasting locale as of last week. Aptly named The Bruery Provisions, come here for 420 bottled beers (eventually to stock 700!) plus 30 rotating on tap, in addition to a handful of boutique wines available in themed flights. But since it's not always the best idea to drink on an empty stomach Provisions offers cheese and charcuterie plates, even a few desserts. And finally, if you want to get schooled, the tasting room hold weekly beer and wine classes. [Feast]
