Derek Bulmer, a former Michelin editor and critic for Great Britain and Ireland, dishes on his old job to the Guardian. There's even a picture! The gig sounds pretty intense, at his peak Bulmer went to "30 or so establishments a week, eating nine restaurant meals and staying in four hotels, three weeks out of every four."
