HOLLYWOOD— This just in from a highly reliable source. With regard to Jonathan Waxman opening a restaurant in LA, Eater hears that he was approached by the Thompson Hotel Group, apparently management wanted him to set up shop within either the Thompson in Beverly Hills or the Roosevelt in Hollywood. Apparently Waxman passed on the Beverly Hills space but is considering a spot within The Roosevelt. [EaterWire]
