Earlier today The Bazaar commander Jose Andres, world renowned chef and Ferran Adria disciple, engaged in a back and forth with Eater National regarding a culinary class (specifically on the wonders of gelatin) Adria taught at Harvard. When Eater expressed regret about not being able to attend the class, Andres suggests organizing another such class at the SLS in January with, low and behold, "friend" Ferran Adria and Juan Mari Arzak, "The 3 A..."
