Marcona Launches Website, Construction, Opening Updates

Well, Marcona takes one step closer to its Melrose Ave debut via a just launched website, but don't get too too excited because it's still a ways off. East Coaster Collier Ulrich and Chicago chef Matthew Moss collaborate on their first joint restaurant venture which takes form as a comfort food and sandwich shop expected to debut toward the end of this winter. Right now the two are going through the rigmarole of permitting and hope to have most documents squared away by early January and start construction soon thereafter. They anticipate the buildout to take around 10-12 weeks.
