DOWNTOWN— For the past couple of weeks Eater has been hearing musings about a new pizza place downtown called Toddy G's. Conceived by Salman Agah and NYC native Todd Giordanella, the two debuted Toddy G's on October 8 in the Arts District. Located next door to Tony's Saloon on 7th, just a block away from Church & State, Toddy G's serves NYC-style pizza whose crust is made from flour milled by hand, ingredients are as organic and local as possible, topped with meats from humanely raised animals. In about a month Toddy G's plans to deliver to the neighborhood by moped. More info here. [blogdowntown]
