This coming Monday, Chaya Brasserie in Beverly Hills will shutter for one week and reopen on November 29 offering a new menu and minor interior refresh. Following the revamp, expect the dining room to be divided into two separate eating experiences, the "La Petite" side (expanded bar/lounge area) will serve small plates, cocktails, and vino, while the main dining room will only offer prix-fixe tasting menus.
