Now that former Petrossian chef Ben Bailly has landed at his new home, Fraiche, that leaves an open kitchen at the caviar and Champagne depot. So, joining the Petrossian team comes Giselle Wellman who most recently tended flames at Bouchon Beverly Hills, prior to that she could be found at Del Posto (NYC), and Jack’s La Jolla.
