OXNARD— The founders of Habit Burger Grill (the 33 unit chain based in Irvine) soft opened Hook Burger Bistro Nov 1 offering "upscale" burgers within a fast casual environment. They plan to open a second eatery this coming April in Burbank with a third set to serve in Pasadena later in the year. [NRN]
