2010_11_arasn.pnga razor, a shiny knife brings its social dining experience back to LA again this Saturday. As always, the location is undisclosed, diners find out where they are headed 48 hours prior to the dinner. This weekend's dining theme is "Corn" in all of its different forms: fresh, frozen, dried, grounded, powdered, fermented, hydro-plasticized, and syruped. The 7-course thematic menu includes cornbread with pork shoulder, corn-fed rib steak with bone marrow and a corn "sugar" marscapone. The meal (paired with cocktails and wine) costs $170 a pop. Meanwhile, the razor guys are also hosting a series of cooking workshops at Surfas in Culver City on Thursday and Friday. More details here. [EaterWire] — YI
