From the Inbox: "Can you all save the world and encourage a decent chef/courageous owner to open a new spot in the former Risotto site in the Schindler designed curve in Studio City? It has been empty for a while. I don't see how the building (super cool modern architecture pedigree) and the location isn't ripe for a wine bar, or local food restaurant. Every new place is packed (Laurel tavern, Rocco's, The Counter, Loteria), people are looking to go out and enjoy themselves! Please help, I want a wine bar within walking distance!" [Eater Inbox]
