Wow, we've gone over one whole month without a new food truck rolling out (sign of the times?). Here now to break the streak comes the flatbread-slinging Hungry Nomad truck. In all fairness this vehice launched last month serving a variety of Middle Eastern wraps stuffed with the likes of minced beef, feta, or spinach, in addition to sides like Armenian potato salad, hummus, French fries, and Za’atar chips with yogurt sauce. While this is the first mobile eatery for Mike Mikhail and fiance Tina Yeretsian, Yeretsian's father owns several outpost of Sasoun Bakery around town. Truck track happens here. [Feast]
