Oh, what a deal! Sur La Table does host cooking classes quite frequently, and on December 1 Jon Shook takes the reins to educate participants on the flavors of Animal. Expect to cook dishes from the well-respected eatery including Truffle Parmesan Fondue with Assorted Dipping Items; Biscuits with Maple Sausage Gravy and Seared Fois Gras Bites; and Tres Leches Cake with Dulce de Leche Sauce.
