Urbanspoon has launched an online reservation system called RezBook that has slightly lower setup costs than OpenTable, which is good news for the latter's detractors. However, maybe said critics should just stop whining: the New York Times took a look at OpenTable numbers and the service costs "didn’t seem outsize." [NYT via Eater National]
